01.1.1Personal branding

Personal branding for founders and professionals

When people buy you, your name does the work a logo does for a company. We help founders, consultants and independent professionals decide what they want to be known for, then give that position a consistent look, voice and online home — so the first search result for your name says the right thing.

Who it’s for

  • Founders who are the public face of an early-stage company
  • Consultants, coaches and advisers who sell their own expertise
  • Doctors, lawyers, architects and other professionals building a practice
  • Creators and speakers who want a presence beyond one platform
  • Senior people moving into a new role, industry or independent work

What’s included

01

Positioning workshop

A structured session to pin down your expertise, the audience you serve and the one idea you want attached to your name. We leave with a positioning statement you can repeat without sounding rehearsed.

02

Personal narrative

Your story written three ways: a one-line bio, a short introduction for speaker pages and proposals, and a longer About section. Each keeps the same facts in the same order.

03

Visual identity

A wordmark or monogram, a small colour palette and a type pairing that suit a person rather than a corporation. Enough to look consistent across a website, slides and social banners.

04

Photography direction

A brief for your portraits — setting, wardrobe, framing and the handful of shots you actually need. Shoots can be booked through our Production team.

05

LinkedIn and social profiles

Headline, About section, banner and featured section rewritten around your positioning, plus the same bio and visuals applied to the other profiles you keep active.

06

Personal website

Optional: a small, fast site that holds your bio, work, writing and a way to get in touch, built on the same identity so everything links back to one place.

How it works

  1. 01Discover

A questionnaire and a working session about your career, clients, ambitions and the people whose opinion of you matters most.

  2. 02Position

We draft the positioning and narrative, test them against how you actually talk, and revise until they sound like you on a good day.

  3. 03Design

The visual identity and profile assets, presented together so you can see how they look side by side on LinkedIn, a slide and a website header.

  4. 04Apply

Profiles updated, templates handed over, and — if you choose the website — the site designed and built.

  5. 05Hand over

A short guide covering your bio versions, visual rules and posting themes, so the brand stays consistent after we step back.

Questions we get asked

What is the difference between personal branding and a company brand?

A company brand has to outlive any one person. A personal brand is built around your judgement, story and voice, so it can be lighter on rules and heavier on narrative. If you run a company, we usually keep the two related but separate, so the business can grow without depending on your profile.

Do I need a personal website?

Not always. If most of your opportunities come through LinkedIn and referrals, well-written profiles may be enough to start. A website helps when you want to publish, show case studies or rank for your own name without relying on a platform you don't control.

Will you write my LinkedIn posts?

Personal branding sets the position, voice and themes. Ongoing posting is a content engagement — we can plan and edit it with you, but posts that sound like you need your input on every one.

How much does personal branding cost?

It depends on scope: positioning and profiles alone cost far less than positioning, identity, photography and a website together. Tell us which parts you need and we'll quote for exactly those. TODO: add a ₹ starting price once Dev confirms it.

I'm not comfortable with self-promotion. Is this for me?

Often, yes. Good personal branding is less about promoting yourself and more about making it easy for the right people to understand what you do. A clear position means you spend less time explaining and more time doing the work.
